Position SummaryAs a Benefits Setup Rep II, you will be part of an extremely talented team within our Client Benefits department at CVS Health. You will be responsible for analyzing client requests and performing the necessary benefits configuration testing and quality validation. You’ll work alongside other Benefits Coders, Testers, and Quality Assurance Representatives, as well as our Account Management team to deliver high quality support to our vast number of clients. Extreme attention to details important for this role, as your coding and quality assurance activities will impact not only the commercial clients at CVS Health, but the federal and state programs that we participate in, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, as extensive training will be provided.

Required Qualifications2+ years of professional work experience in Claims, Insurance, QA, Testing or high-production environment COVID Vaccine Required : COVID Requirements:Preferred QualificationsPrevious work experience in PBM, Medical Claims, Health Insurance, Pharmacy or Benefits highly preferred. - Proficient use Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Edge, Word, Project Management skills, SalesForce.com and AS400/RxClaiEducation

High School Diploma or GED Required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.45

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
