Conduct crisis intervention, mental health assessment, case management, and case monitoring.Perform clinical assessments in various locations based on the nature of the request and assist individuals in accessing the appropriate level of care.Assist bystanders, family, and friends of individuals experiencing mental health crises and assist with referring to community resources. Educate family members and friends about an individuals mental health symptom sand treatment and assist with referring to community resourcesProvide outreach and education to the UT community to promote help seeking, reduce stigma, and teach individuals how to recognize signs of distress.Review client records to determine progress, effectiveness, and appropriateness of services offered.Maintain current, accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal law, professional ethics, and university policies.Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures and other written materials to reflect current practice.Program Assessment:Identify and define system issues while developing and implementing effective solutions.Collect and analyze data for clinical operations and decision making. Assess and evaluate program effectiveness.Other related duties as assigned.Attend and participate in departmental, divisional, and university-wide meetings.Participate in multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams and maintain liaison relationships with university departments and organizations.Comply with all CMHC and UT policies, procedures, and guidelines
