What you’ll do…
You will perform tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
You will maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
You will communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
You will provide assistance to less tenured/experienced dispatchers when needed.
Possible on-call schedule for night outages
Qualifications
2 years of related work experience.
Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
