Key Qualifications

  • 10 + years experience leading software development teams

  • 5 + years experience managing managers of software development teams

  • Experience leading multi-year software projects in the enterprise engineering space

  • Experience leading modernization programs to address technical debt and capability gaps in a production tech stack, balancing between product / revenue initiatives and tech improvement initiatives

  • Experience running software development teams in high growth environments, experience with handling tradeoff between technology roadmap and product roadmap

  • Experience leading a mix of FTE and contracting companies to deliver product and capability roadmap

Description

Lead the software development organization for Enterprise Engineering capabilities for Ad Platform. Enable new business growth by delivering billing / payments / invoicing / sales capabilities for expansion to new markets, or for new product areas for Ad Platforms. Develop new capabilities to enable compliance for changing tax and regulatory requirements around the world. Develop resource roadmap (including contractor augmentation) to meet Ad Platforms business needs. Manager tradeoffs between technology roadmap and product roadmap to deliver Ad Platforms business growth while maintaining progress towards target state. Proactively handle technical gap areas to improve ease of delivery. Engage with leaders in Apple’s Enterprise IT organization to influence direction of needed capabilities and drive roadmap prioritization for Ad Platforms. Drive direction to improve integration with Ad Platforms customer facing technical capabilities, improving real time integration capabilities. Partner with product management leadership to improve payments strategy for Ad Platforms customers. Drive long term technical strategy to improve ability to embrace emerging technologies. Lead integration roadmap for Sales enablement technologies.
