What You Will Be Doing:

The Sales Coordinator will provide sales and administrative assistance to the sales team. This individual will work with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure equipment is ready for delivery, coordinate delivery of equipment to customer and assist customers and Sales with status of delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Making sure the customer is always taken care of, doing everything in your power to provide superior customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills required with sales team (phone & electronic) to assist them in providing the customer the best retail sales experience possible.

  • Able to understand basic demo (features & benefits) on all products.

  • Liaison between Sales & Service Department to ensure efficient and economical process of machine make ready and repairs.

  • Ensuring equipment is delivered on time & in professional manner that exceeds customer’s expectations.

  • Work with Inventory Managers to determine & maintain proper levels of equipment & work tool inventory at branches.

  • Assist in the equipment and work tool physical inventory

  • Help maintain professional equipment & work tool displays.

  • Tracks shipping dates on all orders placed with the manufacturer. Follow-ups on machine orders with the manufacturer and advise sales personnel of order status.

  • Upon arrival of equipment, coordinate with service department through work order authorization to prepare service for assembly and delivery.

  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment to customers & transfers between branches. Prepares bill of lading for all shipments.

  • Research and respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers regarding equipment (identification, delivery dates, billing dates, vendor invoice coding, etc.)

    Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner

  • Additional duties as assigned by manager

    Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior experience prioritizing work flows, completing projects in a timely fashion and organizing processes. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or related equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred

    Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language. Knowledge of Spanish language preferable but not required.

  • Creative thinking and problem solving ability.

  • Must be highly organized in a fast-paced work environment.
