salary: $24 - $25 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 10 AM - 2 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• bilingual(English and Spanish) required

-Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates

• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

• Manage job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required

• Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
