Rush Copley Medical Center Human Resources Associate in Aurora, Illinois

*This is a temporary position from approximately May 26,2024-August 30,2024*

Position Summary :

Supports a wide variety of functions within the Human Resources department including employment, benefits, employee health, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Position Performance Area/Expectations:

Employment

  • New-Hire Processing & Communication

  • Onboarding

  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage badge processing for new-hires and all others as needed

  • Position Manager Administrator in support of the recruitment team

  • IHA Form A and Form B Turnover Statistics – Quarterly Submission

  • Run monthly RN license verification report through IDFPR

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred; Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Windows based computer systems; Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and coordinate projects
