Job Description:

* Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued Polygraph *

Stock Control Coordinator responsibilities include managing inventory Requisition, conducting inventory audits, forecasting supply and demand schedules and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams. This position serves as an auxiliary Warehouse team member, responsible for processing incoming materials, managing stock in the System Application and Products (SAP) system and assembling, distributing & replenishing kit assemblies.

Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs tasks with proper care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped, uses proper equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock

• Executes remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock, suggests materials for deletion from stock

• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and identifies actions to resolve discrepancies

• Uses system reports to effectively manage on-hand materials and re-ordering stock level requirements; ensure purchases do not exceed budget

• Assists with daily inventory count of items through physical counts and automated inventory transaction analysis

• Maintains material data in SAP system and manages receipt of inventory through software transactions

• Reconciles potential inventory losses, investigates shortages and discrepancies, and perform KPI indicator assessments

• Responsible for bench stock issuance and returns for Facilities Operations & Management (O&M) activities

• Maintaining tool crib, storeroom or warehouse fully stocked and at peak efficiency to reduce wait times and improve organization of Facilities O&M materials

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Works in other functions within the department, as needed

Expectations:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively handle conflict resolution and conduct work task prioritization

• Adhere to all site safety policy, procedures, and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation; report incidents immediately to supervisor

• Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports

• Monitor calibration schedules and tool inspection processes

• Decentralized tool storage; reduce safety risks of lost or misplaced tools

• Control tool access to point-of-use

• Generates detailed reports by department, job, or employee

• Automatically re-ordering critical items from preferred distributors when inventory runs low

• Assembling, distributing & replenishing kit assemblies

• Managing & tracking operations through integrated Maintenance & Work Orders Module (CMMS)

• Storing & tracking equipment warranty

• Provide inventory status reporting, weekly activities report, and other metrics, as required

• Replenish stock item materials in order to support Facilities O&M

• Operate government owned vehicles and equipment required to complete daily duties

• Intermediate computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications

• Ensure proper handling of all sensitive, classified, and/or hazardous materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Monitors contract, Federal Acquisition Regulation and changes affecting Government material and property including accountability, identification, shipping, receiving, control, use, maintenance, storage and disposition

• Work within an office or warehouse setting other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Salary Rate: 30.00 to $35.00/hour + Fringe $4.98/hour
