Description/Job Summary
Serves customers at the direction of Sous or managers for correct portions and menu combination.
Maintains sanitation standards on 'Clean As You Go' method.
Performs other duties as assigned by the managers or Sous.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Stands and moves within the kitchen area for 6 to 7 hours (Excluding break and lunch periods)
Ability to bend and stoop for job duties.
Responsibilities/Duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
One year experience in food service.
Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend conversational English.

Responsibilities/Duties
Assists in all phases of food preparation.
Assists as directed in performing assigned function to ensure proper and timely preparation of menu items.
Read and understands recipes, production schedules and other written directions by proper authority.
Maintains sanitation standards on 'clean as you go' method.
Required Experience
One year experience in cooking and food service.
Required Education
Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
