Sonepar USA Inc. Outbound Support Clerk in Auburn, Washington

The Outbound Support Clerk is responsible for collaborating with all Shipping Leadership to ensure the smooth operation of daily warehouse functions. This includes all activities related to timely and accurate problem solving, outbound issues and written responses to emails. This role will manage all Shipping Emails, including distributing to correct party for resolution. This is not an exempt role and will report directly to the Shipping Supervisors. What you will do: Directly responsible for all Outbound email inquiries and distribution Provide support to outbound material issues Work with Operations as needed for resolution Monitor and improve safety performance Utilize North Coast Tool Kit to positively influence key performance indicators Engage with team to help execute continuous improvement projects Other duties as assigned What you will bring: Proactive communication skills High level of organization Great follow through on tasks Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills Previous warehouse and/or driver experience Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word Comfortable writing/responding to emails Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Mix of warehouse and office work environments Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage Typical Monday through Friday Day Shift, however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $22/hour - $25/hour, DOE Why work for North Coast?
