Currently seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to become part of the HIROTEC AMERICA team. This position responsibilities includes:
The Technical Trainer will have the duties of developing and conducting training for manufacturing customers for installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems for automotive assembly tooling. Deliverables include writing training programs, including outline, text, handouts and tests and designing laboratory exercises. Participation in meetings, seminars and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrates information into a training program.
The position requirements include a minimum of two years’ experience in a training environment, tooling experience, and have a mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic background. Strong Microsoft office skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Automotive knowledge preferred.
