Aston Carter Order Management Coordinator (Urgent Hire) in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Job Title: Order Management CoordinatorJob Description

This company has recently implemented a new ERP system, and while it is being fully operationalized, there is a need for an individual to support a team of Customer Account Managers (CAMs). The role involves entering sales orders into the new system and ensuring all data for these orders is entered accurately. This includes pricing, order quantities, and delivery expectations. The company manufactures glass for various industries, making the accuracy of delivery data and order quantities crucial to avoid supply chain and customer service issues. The role involves extensive data work across multiple systems including Salesforce, Excel, and the ERP system, managing between 30 to 40 different orders on any given day. Additionally, the position requires significant internal communication with the account manager team and occasional customer communication via email or phone.
