ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Support 1 in Atlantic City, New Jersey

ASRC Federal Technical Services is seeking Program Support to join our team that supports the Federal Aviation Administration in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This role will make an impact by meeting the future needs of our FAA customer that includes securing data across networks in the enterprise.

  • Must be thoroughly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, Power Point, and Word. and other general-purpose business management programs

  • Works independently with minimal supervision

  • Will work collaboratively with the Second Level Engineering Managers and Groups to monitor HelpDesk and track Record of Assistance (ROA)

  • Performs program and management services for this contract in support of a wide range of system engineering functions

  • Provides program support in the management of personnel, financial, operations and technical programs

  • Requires substantial coordination and interfacing with other offices

  • Property management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), organizational structure, planning, data systems

  • Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics travel, training

  • Assist contractor leads and FAA staff for tracking travel requests, training, material requests

  • Ability to develop detailed and accurate spreadsheets to provide support efficiently and effectively to the FAA Organization

  • Assist all project shipping, delivery, and tracking

  • Process door access using Access Key Credential System (AKCS)

  • Assist with Process Improvement and Quality Assurance

  • Knowledge of Procurement Process

  • Knowledge of documentation, formatting, and editing

  • Prepare for Meetings (Book conference rooms, MS Teams, FAA Zoom, etc.)

Other Job Functions

  • Perform administrative and management support services for wide range of office functions. Such support will require substantial coordination and interface with various FAA/US Government and contractor personnel, and organizations

  • Other administrative duties not defined in the essential job functions to support the program

REQUIREMENTS

  • Training in office administration or related discipline(s) with minimum of ten (10) years of experience OR Associates Degree with minimum of eight (8) years related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of four (4) years related experience

  • Must be thoroughly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, Power Point, and Word

  • Self-starter, confident, detailed oriented, multi-tasking

  • Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of public trust

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Normal working conditions in an office setting

  • Located at the FAA WJHTC
