This role is responsible for accelerating delivery of complex programs across the service partner ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence stakeholders across the organization, lead high visibility, high-impact programs end-to-end to deliver business results.

  • Experience leading teams, but comfortable operating within a lean environment where cross-team collaboration is essential to success.

  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries for delivery of best outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Depending on location, may require occasional travel (10%) for in-person meetings.

How you will lead

  • Partner with business leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs across the service partner ecosystem.

  • Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business priorities.

  • Develop and deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.

  • Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model.

  • Establish program operating rhythms leading cross-functional meetings and fostering teamwork. Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.

  • Communicate progress and report status, providing relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributors to senior executives.

  • Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks and interdependencies.

  • Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders.

  • Partner with Business Unit, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.

  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, working well with others when conflicts arise. See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
