Honeywell Sr Sales Manager in St Charles, Illinois
As a Director of Sales here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. You will report directly to our Vice President of Sales and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance and make informed business decisions
YOU MUST HAVE:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Srong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
WE VALUE:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the BA (Business Automation) industry
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
