Intuit Staff Security Awareness Program Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

Come join the Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk and Fraud Team (CyberCRAFT) to reduce our human risk factor through security and fraud prevention training and awareness.

We are looking for a Security Awareness leader who will be responsible for delivering outcomes as part of our security awareness program. The overall goal of security awareness is to reduce human risk by ensuring that all workers know how to keep Intuit secure. In collaboration with other members of the CyberCRAFT team and cross-Intuit stakeholders, this position will develop and manage Security Awareness programs, including: planning and delivery of our awareness and education events, creation of content, marketing and promotion of security content and events, and building relationships across Intuit to influence change. The Security Awareness Program Manager will also be responsible for measurement of the effectiveness of the content and events.

What you'll bring

  • 2-3 years security awareness experience, SSAP certified a plus

  • 2-3 years of communications experience

  • 2-3 years program management experience

Program Management

  • You will lead and drive program planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional groups to deliver security awareness outcomes to reduce our human risk factors.

  • Executes program tasks including issue and risk management, building multi-phase schedules, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.

  • Proposes potential solutions when faced with a new complex problem, even where little or no precedent exists, considering the needs of all collaborative groups

  • Provides effective team leadership through execution and times of change

  • Apply change, risk and resource management

  • Leverages resources outside own group to solve problems and achieve results

  • Help identify key KPI gaps and monitor progress and commitments
