As part of our supply chain and operations team, you’ll work with our clients to transform their supply chain and operations by leveraging SAP applications to optimise their flow of goods, information, and money quickly and securely.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with and a proven record of success directing the effort of cross-functional teams:

  • Designing supply chain processes and leveraging SAP Supply chain solutions/modules including SAP S/4 HANA (MM,PP,SD,QM,WM/ eWM), SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceutical (ATTP) to address client's business needs cand compliance requirements of the Life Sciences industry;

  • Analyzing legacy supply chain systems and data to identify integration requirements with SAP systems to comply with industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, GxP);

  • Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) and implementing SAP solutions with computer system validation;

  • Meeting with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP solution designs;

  • Leading business stakeholders in their understanding of cross-sector leading practices enabled by SAP, with a focus on life sciences specific applications of those industry practices;

  • Conducting workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of SAP supply chain solutions;

  • Defining and validating supply chain business processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, production planning, manufacturing execution, quality management and order fulfillment logistics;

  • Leading a team to prepare proposals, staffing estimates, and project plans for SAP supply chain solution implementations;

  • Leading SAP Supply Chain implementation engagements from planning though go-live while serving as a subject matter specialist, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members;

  • Possessing experience with SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management is a plus;

  • Problem-solving, identifying and resolving complex supply chain issues;

  • Delivering high quality results within defined timelines while working on multiple projects simultaneously; and,

  • Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP supply chain management and consistently enhance knowledge and skills through continuous learning.

Masters degree and'/or SAP certifications in relevant modules and/or Life Sciences industry certifications (e.g., CSQA, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
