Fluidra ’s looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA (by airport).

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Product Support Specialist will assist in the oversight and administration of various project-related tasks within the Spa department. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and strong organizational skills. The position will provide infield service support in coordination with the quality team and sales associates to assist customers with problem resolution.

This role will be based in the Atlanta, GA office and will report to the Director of Global Sales Operations-Spa, who has direct responsibility of the full spa product portfolio. Additionally, you will:

  • Assist in the management of all New Product Development (NPD) projects to ensure they are completed within the set timelines.

  • Monitor project progress and help coordinate activities to meet project milestones.

  • Ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met by maintaining clear and timely communication.

  • Assist with the resolution of urgent product-related customer requests.

  • Align activities with Customer Service and Quality Assurance departments to ensure high standards of service and resolution

  • Monitor and manage the transition of products, particularly focusing on discontinuations and conversions, to eliminate excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.

  • Conduct detailed product cost and margin analysis to ensure equitable cost comparisons.

  • Perform regular SKU clean-ups and updates using Epicor software including streamlining and standardizing part numbers and description creations through the implementation of a consistent matrix.

  • Oversee and maintain the consolidation of SKUs to maintain an organized inventory system

  • Input and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from initiation to completion.

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to eliminate delays in SKU creation and modification.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    WHAT WE SEEK

  • 3+ years of work experience in a related field

  • Experience with product cost and margin analysis

  • Excellent Project Coordination and time management skills;

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Highly analytical and process oriented.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization.

    A plus:

  • Experience in Spa OEM and/or Spa Product Knowledge.

  • Experience with PVC/Injection Molding.

  • Familiarity with ERP system utilization.

  • Experience with any of the following would accelerate on-boarding:

  • residential swimming pool equipment

  • water treatment or filtration

    EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED, with a combination or related work experience Or Bachelors Degree
