Position Purpose:

This Manager Supply Chain Finance Analytics position manages people and processes related to the development of data products and analytics to support the supply chain's strategic objectives. The role works cross-functionally with business partners from Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to design, develop and implement data products, business intelligence applications and analytical solutions to measure and provide insights to Supply Chain Financial KPI's. This role is responsible for data engineering and maintenance of existing financial data products, performing ad hoc analytics and reporting, and translating business questions to actionable insights. This role is expected to leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights, with a passion to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• 30% - Analytical - Data analytics with large volumes of data, using a wide variety of database applications / analytical tools including SQL, SAS, R, and python.

• 30% - Collaboration - Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers and business analysts to deliver high quality analytics solutions.

• 15% - Data cleansing, validation, testing - Data cleansing, validation, testing

• 15% - Enhancements / modifications to systems & procedures - Enhancements / modifications to systems & procedures

• 10% - Supporting end users, problem solving, troubleshooting - Supporting end users, problem solving, troubleshooting

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

• This Position typically reports to Sr Manager

• This Position has 1-2 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SQL, Tableau, python and R similar tools are highly preferred

• Master's degree in Analytics, Finance, or Information Systems or related field is preferred

• Five to seven years of experience in analytics is preferred

• Working knowledge of analytical/statistics software (e.g., SAS, R)

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Preferred Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
