Inspire Brands Loyalty CRM Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

The purpose of this position is to empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data into actionable insights. Partnering with our data product and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts. This position will build and manage the ability to target our guests with personalized communications and offers and to analyze the performance of those campaigns. They will also be responsible for a more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiatives. This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and households containing thousands of customer attributes. The position will leverage our industry leading platforms to both future-proof our marketing capabilities in a cookie-less digital landscape and influence marketing strategy based on advanced analytics and insights.

This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign analysis – analyze campaign data to optimize and measure campaign performance across all channel metrics

• Campaign reporting – own the production and process improvement of loyalty program as well as CRM campaign reporting

• Campaign execution – partner with cross functional stakeholders to help execute campaigns to optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value

• Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide strategic recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 4 yr Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Quantitative Economics or other relevant discipline required

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, python, and / or other advanced statistical techniques

Minimum : 2+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software

Minimum : 1+ years of experience with CRM / database marketing and customer analytics (loyalty and lifecycle concepts). Experience working with CRM and customer analytics in hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting environments

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Conscientious about meeting project deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor

• Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands

• Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred:

• Experience with Snowflake database syntax and best practices

• Advanced SQL / Excel skills

• Experience creating and maintaining routines and tasks to manipulate raw data to support automated dashboarding in Tableau/PowerBI or other business intelligence software

• Experience working with test & control group design to measure campaign effectiveness with statistical significance

• Experience working with multi-channel campaign engagement data to optimized omnichannel marketing campaigns
