Chick-fil-A Lead Insights Analyst, Restaurant Performance Insights in Atlanta, Georgia
Overview
The role is responsible for responding to emerging business challenges with insightful analysis solutions. In addition to providing ad-hoc support, the role is expected to influence the design of analytical tools that allow users to understand business performance by navigating data visualizations on their own. This role is expected to partner with stakeholders responsible for strategic work that is highly prioritized at Chick-fil-A. The role is expected to provide analytical support as bodies of work emerge that support organizational work. The role is team-based and requires the analyst to demonstrate excellence in their ability to partner with teammates to ensure a consistent and high-quality outcome for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the QSR landscape and fully understand the strategic position of Chick-fil-A. In addition to having industry knowledge, the role will require significant expertise in data structure, data systems, data analysis, and process effectiveness. The role will rely on partnerships with colleagues in various parts of the business to create scalable solutions that require low levels of ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities
Partner with analysts in RPI and other areas to help develop a seamless insight experience for Operators and Restaurant teams.
Develop and execute projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RPI products that support restaurants and Operators.
Partner with RPI teammates to develop relevant & insightful solutions for Operators.
Manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
Engage in ad-hoc analysis projects as needed.
Apply advanced knowledge of data systems, existing KPIs, and analysis to complete complex projects .
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong project leadership skills
Ability to self-navigate organizational and technical challenges.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of data system structure & data system uses.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent listener who seeks to understand and build common ground.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis such as Python, R, or SQL
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within the restaurant & hospitality industry
Experience with cloud-based analytical software and methods
Experience building automated and scalable analytical tools
Experience leading complex projects
