AT&T Lead Corporate Development in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description:

This position is instrumental in leading, implementing, and providing analysis, research, and solution development to aid leadership in setting the strategy for new business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances, and in choosing the right expansion areas.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of business economics and a thorough understanding of income statements and balance sheets.

  • Utilizes research skills to evaluate competitive and industry dynamics.

  • Applies both financial and strategic analysis using standard strategy frameworks.

  • Identifies growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitates cross-business unit initiatives.

  • Participates in negotiations of principal terms and conditions of transactions.

  • Distills complex problems into succinct, easily understood conclusions.

  • Develops presentation materials for internal approval from senior leadership.

  • Presents hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Contribution: The candidate will work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of market trends, financial data, and an understanding of current business trends is essential. Provides leadership in a team environment and can work independently on analysis and research projects.

Education: Typically a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master's degree is preferred.

Experience: Typically 5-7 years of experience in a related field. No supervisory responsibilities.

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00
