Jr. Email Marketing Specialist (Contract) - Atlanta, GA

We're a dynamic company in Atlanta, GA seeking a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role! In this hands-on position, you'll play a key role in crafting compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with our overall marketing strategy

• Craft engaging email copy that resonates with our target audience

• Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences for maximum impact

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations

• Maintain and update our email marketing platform

• Collaborate with designers and other marketing team members

  Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing or a relevant field (a plus!)

• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign creation

• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging email copy

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for email marketing and a desire to learn and grow
