Description

e are seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients in the food service industry. You will troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to POS systems, hardware, software, and integrations. This is a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation for our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical support tickets related to POS systems, hardware, software, and integrations used in the food service industry.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems independently, escalating issues to Level 3 technicians when necessary.

  • Provide clear and concise technical guidance and solutions to clients over the phone and remotely.

  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the food service IT industry.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, engineering, account management) and external vendors to resolve client issues.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Help Desk role, preferably within the food service industry.

  • Strong understanding of POS systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A positive and professional attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
