Job Description Summary

DLA Piper seeks review attorneys for its internal Document Review Center. We are looking for candidates with prior electronic document review experience; prior experience in Relativity review platform is required. Interested candidates should have outstanding technical and computer skills, excellent communication skills, familiarity with litigation process and legal documents, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities of this role include review of documents in electronic platforms, including Relativity, for responsiveness, privilege, and issue coding, communication to review manager regarding questions or issues with review, collaboration with respect to deposition preparation and fact investigation, including analysis and selection of documents to be utilized in deposition preparation sessions, and preparation for witness interviews.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with New York, California, Washington Pay Transparency Law, the pay for this position, if hired to work in New York, California, or Washington, is $100,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
