KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP HXM for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the practice development and growth of our SAP HXM with focus on SuccessFactors, practice in the US while liaising with our Global team

  • Accountable for overseeing SAP HXM/SuccessFactors HR and Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the HR and Payroll function, inclusive of partnering with other technical solutions such as workforce management and employee experience and servicing solutions

  • Guide engagement teams to define a modern HR and Payroll operating model that is enabled by SAP HXM/SuccessFactors

  • Facilitate go-to-market activities for our SAP HXM/SuccessFactors Solutions

  • Act as the client executive point of contact on our SAP HXM/SuccessFactors advisory engagements and drive strategy through implementations of our SAP HXM Transformation services

  • Work with our technology, analytics, and adoption services peers onshore, nearshore, and offshore to tailor comprehensive SAP-enabled HR Transformation solutions for our clients that provide value driven outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with SAP HXM such as SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, Concur, Fieldglass, and Qualtrics

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Background in human-centered design and employee experience-oriented platforms and solutions; preferred background in SAP/SuccessFactors

  • Experience with full life cycle HR Transformation and Service Delivery supporting Shared Service or Cloud delivery solutions including SAP and other HR Technology implementations experience

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
