What you’ll get to do:

  • Provide vision and leadership in developing and executing the strategy for legacy financial and procurement data conversion/migration as part of a new ERP implementation.

  • Responsible for the analysis, design, customization and operations of SAP Solution Manager implementations.

  • Designs client process improvement road maps, identifying organizational constraints and tool configuration guidelines, and defining technical plans.

  • Engage regularly with senior government stakeholders in the modernization Program Management Office.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on federal financial management processes and the impacts of conversion/migration approaches.

  • Provides technical guidance to configuration and development teams, ensuring that SAP solutions are implemented correctly and according to best practices.

  • Oversee the development of project documentation and briefings for government customers.

  • Instill CACI and industry best practices across the program.

  • Actively support risk management activities, including identification and mitigation planning.

You Will Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes but is not limited to:

  • 3 year check for felony convictions

  • 1 year check for illegal drug use

  • 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud

  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Ten (10) years of experience and deep knowledge on the architecture of SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps.

  • Hands-on experience in implementation of Build and Run capabilities of SAP Solution Manager.

  • Expertise in configuring the System and Application Monitoring (Business Process Operations, Change Management, Test Suite (Tricentis) etc

  • Good Hands-on experience in SAP Focused Run, Focused Build and Focused Insights

  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), SAP Cloud Platform / Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  • Experience in ABAP development for integrating Solution Manager to other ITSM tools – nice to have

  • Expertise in designing, architecting, developing, integrating and testing Federal Financial Management systems.

  • Expertise in developing standards and guidelines that direct the development and use of technology for Federal Financial Systems are fully integrated with legacy systems.

  • Experience performing Federal Financial Management data migration in respect to data quality and data transformation to be used to prepare legacy data for migration to new solution.

  • Ability effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple government stakeholder groups in the financial, procurement and operations support communities.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

  • SAP conversion experience

  • Familiarity with standard Treasury system interfaces and associated transactions

  • Knowledgeable on Federal financial management processes and data

  • CGFM or CDFM certification.

  • Prior experience working within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
