Aston Carter Quality Control Specialist in Arlington, Virginia

Quality Control Specialist | 2 weeks training onsite | After training 100% remote | Arlington, VA | Start Date 04/29/2024

Work Environment

o Training Hours: In office, 9:00AM-5:30PM

o Work hours: 10:30-7pm

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review fee assistance applications to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements.

• Review other paper and electronic records to ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.

• Track errors using established systems.

• Communicate with cross-team colleagues to resolve questions and correct errors.

• Provide regular updates/reports on activities and accuracy to supervisor and other departmental leadership.

• Serve as expert resource on program policies and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree or least one year of experience in program administration or direct

service to clients.

• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.

• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills.

• Track record of achievement in meeting program productivity goals and accuracy targets.

• Track record of reliability and timeliness in attendance.
