Plumbing Foreman
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Plumbing Foreman for a multifamily project in Arlington . The pay is $37 per hour . All Journeyman Plumbers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Candidate will be trained over the course of 60-90 days to become a Superintendent.
Once training is completed, you will be hired on permanently with at a $75,000 per year salary - total earnings will be closer to $83,000 per year with tax-free auto allowance, cell phone reimbursement, gas card, and toll tag

Ultimate Job Duties
Assist in Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes for construction projects
Assist in Installing and maintaining valves, fitting fixtures and drainage systems
Diagnose/troubleshoot issues as needed
Operate proper hand and power tools
Assemble and fasten materials using proper hand tools
Ultimate Journeyman Commercial Plumber Requirements
3+ years of commercial plumbing foreman experience - Multifamily a plus - candidates with 8+ years of commercial journeyman experience will also be considered - Must be able to read prints, lead crews, communicate efficiently via a tablet / email
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
Must have basic hand tools to perform trade
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Current Journeyman License
