Data Coordinator - Part timeTruterra Data Coordination Specialist (Temporary, Part-Time)This position is fully remote (virtual).Description:The Truterra Data Coordination Specialist is a part-time, temporary position , that works directly with growers who have enrolled in a Truterra Sustainability Program. This role is crucial to our goal of financially rewarding farmers for implementing sustainable field management practices that help improve our environment. The Data Coordination Specialist position is part-time and will work between 5-25 hours per week. The workload varies based on time of year. The actual timeframe may be adjusted depending on business needs.Key responsibilities will include:Communicating directly with growers to collect field management data and maintaining communications throughout the processAccurately entering data and uploading data into the sustainability software systemAccurately QA'ing data collected and enteredReporting any grower concerns or questions to the team and relaying answers back to the growerActively participate in regular virtual team meetings to provide progress updatesRequired Experience & EducationHigh school diploma or GEDBasic cropland production agricultural knowledge and/or backgroundExperience using Microsoft Excel and OutlookCompetencies-Skills (Required):Detail and process orientationAbility to project manageOrganized and timeline drivenAbility to comfortably communicate directly with growersAbility to work with Truterra team in a virtual formatDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdditional requirements:Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a cell phone with texting capabilitiesAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
