Job Summary：

The Senior Engineer provides technical expertise on designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining. Supports project execution by scheduling work to meet completion dates and technical specifications. Responsible for varied engineering assignments requiring a broad knowledge of an engineering specialty. May provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers. Works under limited supervision. Involved in purchasing/documenting and awareness of budgets. Independently provides technical expertise on designing, improving and maintaining new products and processes. In-depth supports project execution by scheduling work to meet completion dates and technical specifications. Responsible for varied engineering assignments. May provide technical leadership and coach less experienced engineers.

Serves as subject matter expert in Technical Foundation within area of expertise relevant to the business. May provide guidance/training to less experienced engineers. Functions as contact for customers and as such has a direct impact on customer satisfaction. The role is a seasoned professional contributor by performing engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. Serves as expert in Technical Foundation within area of expertise relevant to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers, suppliers, and sales teams.

• Communicates with the other technical engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.

• Provides technical communication externally to universities and research groups.Interact with customers, suppliers and sales teams.

• Typically exchanges complex ideas.

Qualifications:

• Data Insights & Tech Savvy - Advanced

• Project Management - Intermediate

• Engineering Process Excellence - Advanced

• Technical Excellence - Advanced

• Product Application Knowledge - Advanced

• Reliability & Qualification - Intermediate

Key Competencies :

• BSME or equivalent required, MSME preferred.

• 5+ years of Sr. Product Engineer / Team Lead / Product engineering organization / NPD Engineer.

• Design and Development capabilities.

• Project management capabilities

• Cross functional activities of working with other members such as Production, Manufacturing, Scheduling & testing,

• Talent development and people leadership skills.

• Interpersonal Skill, ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
