• Create and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for manufacturing environment

  Design the manufacture process and required equipment and subsystems to improve on new and existing process.

• Provide technical support to production and maintenance in trouble shooting and maintaining automated processes

• Design, quote, and create equipment/fixtures to aid production processes

• Prepares the list of spare part to maintain the equipment.

• Modify current equipment/fixtures to update process requirements.

• Assist with Kaizen activities and Engineering projects.

• Evaluate part drawings and sketches to understand product design and specification in developing manufacturing equipment.

• Support improvement in machinery or equipment and validate changes

• Qualifications

• B/S degree in mechatronics or related field. Advanded degree is preferred.

• Lean Six sigma Green Belt certified (Desired)

• Mechanical design (preferred)

• Proven experience(4+ years) with machining & automation. Specifically with mechanical design

• Experience with fixture and jugs design
