WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead a team of buyer analysts supporting the Enclosures and Industrial Cooling businesses Manage the availability of inventory to satisfy production and customer needs Identify, develop, and implement improvements across the procure-to-pay process Responsible for maintaining data integrity of safetystocks, purchase order dates, lead times, and other key ERP fields related to the purchasing process Conduct and facilitate cross functional meetings to discuss disruptions to supply Ownsafetystocklevels and process of updating ERP from the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) stocking recommendation tool Drive KPI's for Cash, Stockouts, and other operational maintenance metrics Identify, assess, and communicate supply disruption risks to leadership and site stakeholders Evaluate team member performance and plan individuals' goals to be aligned to organizationalstrategicinitiatives Be onsite - remote work is an available option when necessary but will be the exception YOU HAVE: Bachelor'sDegree required or 3+years'experience in materials leadership role 3+ years previous experience in or with supplychainmanagement 1+ years supervisory experience WE HAVE: A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day At nVent, we connect and protect a more sustainable and electrified world with inventive electrical solutions.
