Description DESCRIPTION: The Coordinator I Health Sciences will perform a variety of administrative and coordination functions for internal and external clients regarding all aspects of the Dietary Supplement product certification and GMP facility registration programs.

Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Understand project development and certification/registration project management workflow and explain/set appropriate expectations with clients related to project timelines. Assign new work to account managers. Tradeshow logistics and coordination in cooperation with marketing team Assist with and complete expense reporting for Business Unit Managers, Operations Manager, General Manager, and department expenses. Assist with travel logistics and coordination for various department staff. Data entry in various sales and project management systems for account creation and setup Act as primary customer contact for questions regarding new application for new and existing clients. Assist Business Unit Manager and Certification Project Managers with administrative task, reports, and account coordination. Meet with Management on a routine basis for notarized signatures on documents. Data entry for internal and external reporting and information management. Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications High School Diploma with documented five (5) years of office or administrative experience or Associate Degree with two (2) years of office or administrative experience. A minimum of three (3) years in providing excellent customer service and event coordination. Notary Public Effective oral communication Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines. The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. #LI-DNI
