Growing Financial Services Company located in the Andover area with a 60+ year history is looking for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager in a high-level contributing role will play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements reporting into the CFO. Responsibilities include monthly close and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, compliance and regulations and point person supporting process improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement as well. Very nice position for an experienced Senior Accountant looking for the next step in their career. Requirements

BS Degree required

5+ years strong Finance experience

with strong GL and month end close experience

Strong Financial Analysis experience

Any treasury experience/cash management +

Microsoft Dynamins Great Plains +

Must have strong communication skills
