Job description

Be responsible for defining scope, kick-off, managing and executing every phase of the strategic program, specifically:

  • Drive vision for program towards clear business objectives, scope, requirements & success criteria

  • Create clear planning documents and roadmaps together with involved teams, including setup and maintenance of dependency management

  • Establish a solid governance routine which involves senior management updates and reporting. Holds stakeholders and business partners accountable for the next steps and objectives and proactively identifies risks and issues

  • Enables teams and leaders to make quality decisions and supports prioritization exercises

  • The scope of the roles goes beyond program management. Strategic and business thinking is required to improve the quality of all programs and initiatives.

  • Establish a productive working relationship between the product teams and functions to deliver against our strategy.

  • Support the delivery of long-term strategy through an actively managed roadmap. Create clear planning documents together with relevant stakeholders.

  • With limited supervision, identify opportunities to improve the impact & experience for our stakeholders, partners and our business, translating this into business cases.

  • Showcase best practices in project/program management methodology.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess strategic organizational transformation skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment. They must be comfortable working in a challenging, sometimes ambiguous environment, that requires the ability to influence without direct authority. Problem-solving, meeting facilitation, effective communication and quality control are essential elements of this role.

  • Strong project/program management skills/experience (minimum of 3-5 years) including experience with a range of different methodologies and techniques.

  • Consulting experience is an advantage.

  • An affinity to drive new ways of working and learn more

  • Positive and collaborative

  • Proven track record in independently leading and/or managing a portfolio of projects.

  • Have a solid business understanding, and independently use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making.

  • Analytical skills and mastering data handling and measuring success, ability to tell a clear story with data/insights.

  • Change management experience and mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on collaboration.

  • Strong stakeholder management, building and maintaining lasting relationships and connections with diverse teams, across the organization and outside.

  • Effectively communicate including large audiences.

  • Ability to break up a complex problem into actionable and easy-to-understand solutions.

  • Able to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment.
