The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Altamont, New York

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland, located in Altamont, NY, is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our 127-bed facility, to lead and direct overall operations in accordance with resident needs, State & Federal regulations and company policies. LNHA will focus on maintaining a caring environment and providing excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives. Candidate must have a NYS Administrator License to apply.
LNHA Duties Include:
Oversight of the facility quality assurance process.
Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all Residents.
LNHA Requirements Include:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a LNHA.
Must have a current New York State LNHA Certification.
Previous experience with Union is a plus!
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
Must possess basic computer skills, including e-mail use.
Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
Proven Leadership & Management Skills.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels.
