Position Summary:
As a full time Inbound Administrative Clerk for A. Duie Pyle, you will be responsible for checking in our drivers and assist with administrative needs at our Allentown, PA Terminal.
Start time: 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Checking in Drivers as they arrive for work
Scanning delivery receipts into the system (TMW)
Collecting cash from Driver’s run
Answering the phones and tracking all service calls
Assisting terminal management with administrative tasks, when needed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Effective communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment
