We are looking for someone to join our Workplace Management Team supporting the organization’s space utilization efforts. The team is responsible for maintaining space data and accurate, up to date CAD drawings for all JHA locations. We support all internal Jack Henry business units in space allocation/assignments, moves, adds or changes, furniture management, and project coordination. In this role, you will proactively monitor headcount, capacity, and space utilization data to look for opportunities and resolve space challenges. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, as well as creativity, and attention to detail.

This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule at Jack Henry’s Springfield, MO office location. Or the following office locations will be considered : Monett, MO, Lenexa, KS, or Allen, TX. You will be required to come to the office 2-3 times a week in addition to onsite meetings, events, and training.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Partners with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution for Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) and furniture reconfiguration requests; obtains approvals to proceed when required.

  • Assists with large personnel shuffles and/or office relocations as required.

  • Educates contacts on space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols and notifies manager of non-compliance.

  • Coordinates space walk-throughs for validation and update of occupancy metrics.

  • Updates and/or provides drawings in AutoCAD for departmental use and uploading into iDrawings to reflect any changes.

  • Responsible for accuracy of employee and space data in iDrawings CAFM software.

  • Runs queries, reports and/or spreadsheets and compiles data.

  • Processes requests for new seat assignments and executes scheduled employee moves in iDrawings for JHA locations.

  • Ability to handle and resolve helpdesk incidents assigned to WPM cases for JHA locations.

  • Develop and manage relationships with service providers.

  • Occasional travel to JHA locations.

  • May perform other job duties assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Associate degree.

  • Minimum of 12 months of interior design, facility management or space and occupancy planning in a corporate environment.

  • Experience with Design software, AutoCAD, or space management.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Teams.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture preferred.

  • Computer Aided Facility Management Software experience preferred.

  • Ability to utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with team and lines of business.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills are required.

  • Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices

  • Helpdesk Software preferred.

  • Ability to foster critical relationships between various levels of management and departments.

  • Knowledge of construction projects.

  • Experience with furniture systems.

  • Ability to coordinate and execute workplace projects.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional project team.
