Job Summary

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities as per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Efficiency and Asset Availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities as assigned by the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.

• Work under direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.

• Perform low-level, noninvasive maintenance tasks.

• Ensure that assigned equipment is maintained according to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Division, the relevant maintenance programs and standard work.

• Comply with Division TLM standards.

• Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and remedial work plans.

Requirements

• High School or Technical Diploma.

• Ability to think methodically.

• Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision.

• Flexibility and Training skills.

• High English level would be considered as a plus.
