How you will make an impact

• Carry out monthly accounting activities and close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

• Be a part of various department-wide initiatives

• Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

• Create analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

• Function with business partners to ensure compliance with procedures and controls, corporate accounting policies, and provide support on special requests

• Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing

• Complete other projects as required

  Requirements

• Deep understanding of journal entries

• Solid understanding of Revenue Accounting

• Adeptness in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• General ledger experience required

• Audit scheduling experience

• Bank reconciliations experience

• A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

• Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports

• The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

• BA/BS in Accounting required, CPA credentials are desired

• Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

• Minimum 5 years of overall general accounting experience
