Job Description
This person will support the workflow of all maintenance staff and operations of the organization at a high level.
Job Requirements
Hiring, training and managing the maintenance crews
Constant communication with the sales, account and operations managers
Constant communication with staff so daily direction is achieved
Crew scheduling and routing to ensure complete maintenance services withing budget
Oversight of all OSHA, ED and QC issues for compliance and safety
Payroll oversight for the department
Weekly staff meetings
