This position requires a familiarity with the System Engineering Life Cycle and DoD or DOE Acquisition Life Cycle. This may include directing and mentoring matrixed employees pursuing capture management in AAC's other business areas. The successful candidate will:

  • Have demonstrated past knowledge and experience with multiple DOE/NNSA sites and labs

  • Effective communications skills at the Executive Leadership level

  • Be comfortable in complex organization structures

  • Establish standards, processes, and business rhythm for all new business development efforts across AAC and its Joint Venture partners

  • Mentor and monitor work quality for matrixed resources

  • Exercise expert emotional intelligence, influence, persuasion, conflict management, and problem solving skills

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere in the continental US; however, candidates located within commuting distance of Oak Ridge, TN; Aiken, SC; Albuquerque, NM; or Amarillo, TX are preferred.
