Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

• Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Manage appointments, scheduling, and meeting room bookings.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and staff.

• Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain office efficiency and professionalism.

• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
