HOSPICE RN -Intake Full time Clinical Leader

The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a full-time RN (Monday to Friday) to work as part of our Hospice intake Team.

Work days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm.

What you will do:

  • Engages in activities that support the planning, coordination and implementation of patient care under the direction of the Intake/Admission supervisor.

  • The RN will have the skills to provide intake and a hospice admission when deemed necessary.

  • Training provided in end of life care.

  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams intake RNS, administrative assistance, medical directors with specialized expertise in end of life care, social workers).

What you will need:

  • NYS RN Licensure.

  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience

  • Previous home care / hospice experience preferred but NOT required.

Pay Range: $36.50 - $49.95

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
