Jacobs Senior Imagery Analyst/Screener - Secret Clearance Required in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar

Your Impact:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a watch-bill that fulfills this 24/7/365 GEOINT/FMV coverage requirement in coordination with US Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) and other Coalition Leadership.

  • Supports the tasks of Full Motion Video (FMV) Screening and Imagery Analysis Support.

  • Serves as the lead liaison between the supported customers, flying units, and PED crew during missions.

  • Reviews all support documentation (i.e., KMZ, Concepts of Operations; Essential Elements of Information) provided by customer prior to missions.

  • Familiarize and brief customers on target areas/locations and related historical information prior to missions.

  • Monitors FMV feeds, providing near-real time chat reporting using tactical chat (mIRC, Chatsurfer, or Trans Verse as appropriate), and creates or documents chat logs.

  • Works directly with other contracted imagery analysts to review all annotated products for accuracy.

  • Be prepared to deploy forward to the CENTCOM AOR and act as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC).

  • Create and transfer unannotated imagery files via e-mail and/or File Transfer Protocol directly to customers or through processes detailed in mission standard operating procedures.

  • Perform detailed imagery exploitation and create annotated imagery products storyboards, target logs, geospatial shapefiles (Keyhole Markup Language Zipped (KMZ)), video clips, and/or post mission summaries.

  • Serve as temporary screener, as needed, to supplement the dedicated mission screener.

  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required no latter then (NLT) 24 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with CPIE Leadership, the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR.

  • Manage, display, and brief the daily operations schedule throughout the assigned shift.

  • Track and submit daily metrics of assets assigned to CPIE.

  • Act as the final QC and dissemination authority for daily mission products

  • Close out mission tasking and products in local imagery database as defined in CPIE SOPs

  • Reach out to supported units for feedback in coordination with the CPIE Operations Officer (OPSO).

  • Creation of storyboards in accordance with CPIE criteria and SOPs.

  • Oversee and manage 3-4 ISR missions at one time, including the ITK entries, mission products, and 6-8 assigned analysts.

  • Act as the initial QC for daily mission products

  • Serve as the relay for mission related information, updates, and feedback between the analysts and the MOC

Here’s what you’ll need :

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years additional relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations

  • 8 years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or other related field Analysis experience with the following MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF 1N151X, or other DOD or government agency equivalent specialty codes

  • 5 years of leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage junior personnel.

  • 3 years of hands-on FMV analysis and production experience in the last five years

  • Familiar with and fully comprehend the duties of an ITC. At least 3 of the last 5 years with FMV exploitation tools, such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of Earth Systems (AIMES), ViDex (Video Exploitation) or equivalents

  • Expert knowledge of basic and advanced GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis, and production operations

  • Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills

  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations.

  • Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations.

  • Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance.

  • Secret Clearance

Desired Requirements:

  • Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations. intelligence, collection, fusion, analysis, production, dissemination for intelligence databases and products.

  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification.

  • Proficient knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools.

  • Knowledge and experience in GEOINT production operations.

  • Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance.

  • Detailed understanding of the various GEOINT phenomenology and collection operations.

  • TS/SCI preferred
