Hyatt Guest Services Officer - Front Office in AL RIYADH, Saudi Arabia

Description:

At this role you will be responsible for

  • Providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

  • Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reservation within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
