Hyatt Administrative Assistant/Sales and Marketing Coordinator in AL RIYADH, Saudi Arabia
Description:
The Administrative Assistant/Sales and Marketing Coordinator shall be reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for all administrative tasks and coordinating the deparmental activities. The candidate shall be responsible for Guest reviews response on digital channels and Medallia (HYSAT). Day to day activities and tasks for the Executive Office and coordination. Check the attendance and administrative tasks for Sales and Marketingn and also translation from English to Arabic.
Qualifications:
Must having good administrative and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Good communication skills of English and Arabic.
Must be flexible and adaptable as per work requirements.
Must be able to provide attention to details.
Able to maintain Customer Relationship Management for in-house guests or post stay guest experience (reviews/feedback).
