IT Project & Portfolio Analyst
Allied Mineral Products is a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide. We are seeking an IT Project & Portfolio Analyst . This position is responsible for ensuring that Allied Mineral Products’ IT Portfolio is managed in a manner that maximizes its value and contribution to the organizational strategy.
Key Duties:
Supports IT Portfolio staff by preparing reports and analyzing data for recurring project meetings.
Actively analyzes data and processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
Monitors project progress and interacts with project teams to collect status on assigned projects.
Tracks and follows-up on open action items.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate across Allied’s global locations.
Must have one year or more of project management experience, PMO certification preferred.
Proficient with MS Office application.
Planview/Daptiv project tool administration preferred.
Must have excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
Must be able to travel (>5%) or as business needs require.
Working Environment:
Office work environment.
Work hours will be 2:30-11:30 IST.
