Job Title:Receptionist

Location:Addison, TX

Pay Range:16.00-18.75

What’s the Job?

Greeting people coming in to the building and . This candidate will spend the majority of their day greeting individuals coming into the building.

This position will greet visitors, answer reception phone, activate guest badges, create name tags and badges for new hires and answer Team Member’s questions.

Must have Outlook and Microsoft Office skills

Have the ability to work independantly

This position will be the 1 st impression when people come in.

This position is 8-5 with a half hour lunch break.

Business Professional Dress is Required

Years of Experience needed:

3 years of experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or professional setting is required.

Level of Education: H.S Diploma Required

Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite

Top 5 Must have Skills:

Professional demeanor and appearance, strong communication skills, dedicated, dependable, and fast learner.
